The space

‘Buena Onda’ translates to ‘Good Vibes’, which is surely what you will be feeling the moment you access this beach house in Nosara. This is a new modern & stylish home with private beach access to spectacular surfing, fishing and nature preserve along the pacific ocean.

Other things to note:

HOUSE MANAGEMENT : Beach Management Nosara

House Rules: house will be cleaned one time per week
gardeners have access to property & must be allowed to work
pool men have access to property & must be allowed to work
No smoking / Not suitable for pets / Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years)

KEYS: Your house key is a master key that will open front door, 2nd floor patio door from inside bathroom & small front gate door. 

FRONT GATE FOB: Small red key fob will open & close front gate for vehicle entry & exit 

PATIO DOORS : Patio doors will only lock from the inside of house by latching handles or handle in a downward facing direction. 

SAFES: Safes have instructions on setting customized codes. Always leave safes open when checking out. 

BEACH PATH: Backyard gate will lead you to private & secluded path to the beach

TV: TV has complimentary Nextflix programming along with many built in ‘smart apps’. 

TRASH, RECYCLING & ORGANIC WASTE: Kitchen contains individual plastic bins for trash, recycling & organic waste.  Excess trash & recycling can be deposited in large concrete drums next to front gate. Organic waste can be deposited in beach refuge next to beach path. 

GARDEN LIGHTS: Garden lights are scheduled daily from 5:30pm to 5:30am 

SPRINKLER SYSTEM: Sprinkler system is scheduled to operate nightly.
