FLOW- New and Modern Luxury 1 Bed, 1 Bath Villa

FLOW, a group of four villas (“F”, “L”, “O”, and “W”), is located just a short walk from Guiones Beach and can be rented together by a group of up to 21 or separately by individuals or families. Each villa offers total seclusion and privacy, but larger groups can follow the stepping stones to the adjoining villas to share meals and company. Each of FLOW’s four villas boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, washer/dryer, en suite bathrooms, a beautiful salt-water pool, private surf rack, outdoor shower, Internet and an incredible security system. While larger groups can visit family and friends staying in adjoining villas, each villa is truly its own private oasis.

FLOW is situated in section “G”, the “hottest” section of Guioness Beach. It is a two to three-minute walk to the beach, trendy restaurants, juice shops, surf shops, yoga studios, a kid’s skate park, tennis clubs, and grocery stores. In addition, FLOW can offer a full-time cleaning service, private chef, and property manager for all your concierge needs.

Property Rental Services

You will be provided a Welcome Book at check-in to familiarize with the house and the local area, as well as recommendations of restaurants, emergency numbers for doctors, power and security. 

After arrival you have direct contact with our maintenance and guest services managers, our inhouse bilingual staff can and will take care of you every need:

• Arrange transportation from the airport
• Coordinate rentals for ATV’s, golf carts, cars
• Coordinate activities such as zip lining, horseback riding, reservations at restaurants, sport fishing trips, excursions, etc.
• Arrange for area chefs including grocery shopping
• Set up surfing lessons and surfboard rentals 
• Arrange for baby sitters 
• Provide for extra housekeeping (for a nominal fee) 
• Full-time security guard if desired (all of our luxury villas in Nosara have state-of-the- art alarm systems
• 24-hour check-in and check-out service (additional fee for late check-ins and early check-out, but you can always check yourself through a lockbox we have provided) 
• We also host wedding parties and larger group activities
• Depending on the location you choose you can either take advantage for planning activities or for enjoying total privacy during your stay
