WHAT ARE THE

COSTS?

First and foremost, there are no fees to join. 

The way that Beach Management charges, is very dependant on each home owners situation and the services that they require. Below are a list of the variables that are taken into account when identifying price points.

VARIABLE FEES

Of course, the larger the property is, the more upkeep is usually required. Beach Management Nosara likes to ensure that everything is in tip top shape, that includes the landscaping, house cleanliness, modern fixtures and appliances and more. 

How complex is the property? Are there pools or gardens or additional landscaping needs? All additional features that take up more time and resources will have a varying cost.

FIXED FEES

Our administration fees are generally $300 plus tax each month. 

The rental sales fees are fixed and are 20% of the value of each booking and the fee is paid after the guest leaves the property following the vacation period. 

We have cooperative agreements and relationships with local booking agents, online reservation companies, international luxury travel companies, and event planners. In those instances, we work out an equitable split with these providers.
